How the guides in this section differ
Assistant, language or concept. These are three different kinds of thing that get discussed together. An assistant is a product you use. A language such as Python is a tool you write in. Machine learning is a field. Knowing which you are asking about changes the answer entirely.

Is an AI assistant accurate? It is fluent, which is not the same thing. These tools produce plausible text that can be factually wrong. Anything consequential needs checking against a real source.
Is Python worth learning? It is widely used for automation, data analysis and machine learning, and is generally considered approachable for beginners. Whether it is worth your time depends on what you want to do with it.
Can I put work documents into an AI tool? Check the product’s terms and your employer’s policy first. Some plans retain or train on input; confidential and personal information deserves caution.
What is the difference between AI and machine learning? Machine learning is a set of techniques for learning patterns from data. AI is the broader field, and in ordinary use it usually refers to products built on those techniques.
Do I need to pay for these tools? Free tiers are often enough for occasional use. Limits typically appear around usage volume, document size or access to newer models.
